Welcome to GATEway, the online application system for GATE Programs!

 

All GATE program applications are completed online. If you would like an overview of the application process before beginning, please visit the How to Apply page of the GATE website.

 

When you are ready to begin your application, click Login or Register below. The GATEway system will guide you through each step of the process.

 

A non-refundable application fee of $75 (before March 1) is due for all programs before any information is reviewed or shared on the application on the GATEway website. The application fee is $95 after March 1. 

 

Early Bird Tuition Policy

Summer students accepted between application open period and March 1 will receive a discounted rate. See below for details:

 

- Application Fee

Must be paid and the complete application must be submitted by 9am March 1. Submission after March 1 will result in the difference of the increased application fee added to your students’ required tuition.

- Applications

Must be completed and submitted application by 9am, March 1.

 

This includes all application components including any teacher recommendations, tax forms (for those applying for a need-based scholarship), accepted testing, and paid application fees.

 

Accepted students may drop tracks for the $25 Change Fee, but may not add tracks after March 1 at the discounted rate. Accepted students wishing to add tracks before March 1 may do so in writing and will be subject to program caps. If the track they are requesting to join is full they will not be able to join. Any tracks or changes made after March 1 will be subject to the full tuition rate. Applications completed between March 1 and the end of the application period will be subject to the increased application and tuition fees.
